Given a array of $N$ rows and $M$ column find the $shortest$ distance from $first$ row to the $last$ row using the following rule. If you are at $ith$ row and $jth$ column, you can only move to the blocks $(i+1, j-1),$ $(i+1, j),$ $(i+1, j+1).$ The cost of one move is the $absolute$ $difference$ between their values. ###Input: - First line will contain $T$, number of testcase
