After ending $PRCO2019$, the organizing team wants to know who is the 2nd winner. There are $N$ numbers of user participated in this contest. Each participant has a unique $id$ and $score$ he got in the contest. Since members are busy in some other work they need your help to find out the id of the $2nd$ $winner$.
