Turing During Elections

Turing likes polls during elections, and wants to know who will win. There are $N$ people ready to vote standing in a queue. There are 2 kinds of people, one who likes candidate $A$ and other who likes candidate $B$. Each person and candidate has a dominance factor. A person will vote for the candidate with whom, he/she has the least absolute difference of the dominance factor.
