Billu knows that two triangles are same if they have same set of side lengths irrespective of order. So triangles having sides {3,2,2}, {2,3,2},{2,2,3} are actually same triangle. But triangle {2,2,3} and {3,2,3} are different. A valid triangle is one whose area is > 0. Billu has a set of sticks represented by an array Arr. He is wondering how many unique valid triangles he can make using them.
