Santa Clause gifted Chef and and his friend a bag containing $N$ chocolates. To divide the chocolates between them, they decided to play a game where the rules states that at a time one will pick any number of chocolates from 1 to 9 (both inclusive) and give chance to the other person. The one who can pick all the remaining chocolate wins the game. If N=8 let Chef chooses : 4 remaining chocolates
