Shailja had recently bought a lottery ticket but unfortunately misplaced the ticket. She tried to remember the ticket number and was able to vaguely remember a number $n$ which could be the ticket number. But then she thought that she could get the order of the digits in the number $n$ wrong. Also she could "see" some digits multiple times, but the digits she saw were definitely in the real number
