To catch Kira, L has deployed a sniper in the city. He has a map of the city in the form of a matrix represented by its longest row (the row containing highest number of columns) which is given as “n”. The description of the map is as follows (see images for clarity).The longest row (size 'n') is also the middle row of the map. Every subsequent row above or below the middle row (size 'n') is compr
